They're a discreet, comfortable alternative to braces for many cases, and you take them out to eat and brush.

Each new aligner brings mild pressure for a day or two, that's the teeth moving, and it settles. Results depend on wearing them as directed. A retainer afterwards keeps your teeth in place; we'll be clear about that commitment.
